What to Expect in a Class

  • Our classes are designed for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at any stage. No prior boxing experience is necessary!

  • We provide gloves and other necessary equipment. However, students are encouraged to purchase their own gloves for personal use. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive sneakers.

  • Yes! Our classes are designed to be safe, non-contact, and tailored to individual abilities. Our experienced instructors provide modifications as needed.

  • We recommend attending at least two to three times per week for maximum benefit, but any amount of movement is beneficial!

  • Yes. While the class is focused on individuals with Parkinson’s, caregivers and family members are more than welcome to participate, observe, and support.
